In January 2023, the Fraport Flag Football Weeks of the Rhein-Main Rockets took place. the aim was
Getting girls/boys out of the winter blues and getting them enthusiastic about this sport. Who is American
Interested and curious about football, but not yet taking the risk of a contact sport
wanted, found an interesting alternative in the offer. Lots of kids from and around Offenbach found it
Way to the Schiller School.
Well over 20 young people accepted this offer at each event. Having fun was the priority
and all the youngsters, trainers and supervisors noticed that. Many parents also took the opportunity
to learn more about the sport. Especially the U 10, which was so successful in 2022, had enormous again
Intake. In the U13 and U16 age groups, many children have also found their way to us. That
The coaching team around Frank Grimm and team manager Thomas Bauer were happy to see so many young people.
Some players take the opportunity to become a member together with their parents.
Frank Grimm – head coach: “Of course we were very happy about this enormous interest, that too
as many parents have found their way into the hall. This is certainly not the rule and therefore
we are also pleased that the parents took the time to be part of it.”

we the new season and hope for further inflow. The search for trainers continues.
We hope with the offer, like the assumption of costs for trainers – referee licenses,
Extension seminars to have purred an attractive offer. Especially for new and
Lateral entrants, sports teachers from and around Offenbach who want to get to know a sport
