YOUR MISSION
Your mission will consist of supporting the management in its strategic choices and in the daily management for a better consideration of sustainable development in all activities: sustainable mobility, carbon footprint, ethical products, recyclable packaging, environment etc… You will also be in charge the promotion of eco-responsible mobility of travel with the actors of the GHdC.
WHAT IS THE JOB?
Participate in the project within the framework of the New Hospital: “empty the existing sites of equipment that will not be moved”:
Develop procedures that will identify the equipment that will not be moved, take inventory, ensure repair, decommissioning (elimination / replacement, storage, reassignment, reclassification);
Coordinate advance campaigns to clear areas of what can be eliminated.
Support the development of mobility at the GHdC:
Propose and implement sustainable and achievable strategies to improve the use of public transport and alternative transport systems to individual motor vehicles;
Propose and deploy a mobility plan, ensure its evaluation and follow-up;
Develop public spaces in a pleasant, functional and safe way for users; ensure that these developments improve the quality of life of workers, patients and visitors;
Guide and inform staff members in the different possibilities of mobility;
Develop partnerships and collaborate actively with support structures for mobility.
AND IF WE TALK ABOUT YOU?
You hold a master’s degree in bio-engineering, environmental management or equivalent;
You are in possession of the Mobility Manager certificate (or you undertake to follow the training);
You have proven experience in project management;
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of quality, the environment and sustainable development is an asset; You are passionate about environmental issues, ecosystems and alternative mobility with an interest that serves as an example for employees;
You have a good knowledge of the 5 S philosophy and you master the Office suite;
You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) and you are able to work collaboratively;
You show professional rigor, organization and you are autonomous;
You are customer, quality and results oriented.
