SV Wehen Wiesabden is struggling to make it 1-1 against Cologne

Six yellow cards, two red cards with 14 fouls: That is the record of SV Wehen Wiesbaden in the Britta Arena on Saturday in the game against Victoria Cologne.

As is so often the case, the statistics are deceptive. The live scouts show for the SV Wehen Wiesbaden 58 percent possession of the ball. Victoria Cologne comes to 42 percent. The fact that Wiesbaden shot at Cologne’s goal more than once is testament to the lack of ideas reported by reporters. In the end, the SVWW saved themselves with a good action in the 72nd minute to a draw. Thymen Goppel played the ball Ivan Prtajin, the goalscorer came to the ball with his head and headed safely into the box from a few meters. Cologne goalkeeper Voll has no chance.

Double red for Cologne

The last quarter of an hour got heated again. Both teams continued to play to win. Both pushed forward and had chances. In injury time, both Lars Dietz and Patrick Koronkiewicz, who had already been substituted, were shown yellow-red after a scuffle.
