Montpellier Hérault Rugby, tenth in the Top 14 this season, announced on Monday that it had recruited Fijian winger Josua Vici (27, 1.89 m, 107 kg) for two years. The latter had been playing for two seasons at US Colomiers, in Pro D2. Previously Vici had played in the United States, in the Houston Sabercats, in Major League Rugby.
He was also international in rugby 7. With the selection of Fiji, Josua Vici won the World Sevens Series in 2016. But he did not then take part in the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro where Fiji had won the medal of ‘gold.
