Elon Musk will have to answer questions from Twitter lawyers for two or even three days next week as part of the legal battle over his agreement to buy back $ 44 billion from the social network, which he wants to give up. The deposition will take place in private, in the offices of a law firm representing Twitter, on September 26, 27 and, “if necessary”, 28, specifies a document added to the file on Tuesday.

The purpose of such a move is, according to the site of the Delaware courts where the proceedings are taking place, to help the teams prepare for the trial by having a better idea of ​​what the opposing party will say on the stand. The trial is due to take place from October 17 to 21.
