A 20-year-old young man living in Moissac (Tarn-et-Garonne) was sentenced to six months in prison by the Montauban criminal court after having burgled the same company for the 21st time, reports The Dispatch.
On June 11, he broke into the premises of Mourgues fruits, in Moissac, in the middle of the night. Using a wooden log, he entered the company’s head office at 3:46 a.m. and immediately went to the director’s office, as the investigators on the CCTV images could see. .
He breaks the drink dispenser with a pallet truck
The accused’s face was concealed and he was wearing gloves and a headlamp. He also recovered the change from the beverage machine after breaking the coin mechanism using a pallet truck. At the hearing, the burglar was unable to explain why he was still targeting the same company since 2015.
His criminal record already contained 18 mentions, the vast majority of which were for thefts. His last conviction dates back to last year, in Dijon (Côte d’Or). Incarcerated for a year, he was released from prison on April 30 and returned to Tarn-et-Garonne to live with his mother.
The young man returned to prison after the hearing.
