The operator Tele2 presented its unlimited option “Lots of Internet” in September. A month later, Tele2 brought to the market a full-fledged unlimited tariff “My Unlimited”, which includes, in addition to unlimited Internet traffic, 500 minutes of conversations with subscribers of Russian operators and 50 SMS. Calls within the Tele2 network are not charged.
The cost of the tariff depends on the region of service of the subscriber, for Moscow and the region there is a monthly fee of 500 rubles per month. On the tariff there are all restrictions peculiar to "unlimited": it is forbidden to share the Internet via Wi-Fi (and otherwise), the use of torrents and other p2p file-sharing services is limited. In addition, in Norilsk and Taimyr, the data transfer rate is limited initially to 128 kilobits per second.
The operator also has the right to limit the subscriber access speed at any time, using the clause in the following conditions: “when the Subscriber creates a significant load on the network, the speed of the mobile Internet cannot be guaranteed.”
Unlimited Internet at the My Unlimited tariff is valid for traveling around Russia with the exception of the Crimea, where Tele2 subscribers pay 3 rubles per megabyte of transmitted data.
By the 500 minutes included in the tariff, subscribers can buy additional packages of 50 minutes or 100 SMS, the cost of each such package is 100 rubles.
