After a week of intense heat in Córdoba, the National Weather Service anticipates a marked drop in temperature for this weekend, with the probability of storms.
According to the forecast, the maximum temperature will reach 28 degrees this Saturday, and isolated storms will be recorded during the afternoon and night.
For Sunday, meanwhile, a marked decrease in temperature and very little thermal amplitude are expected: the estimated maximum is just 16 degrees, while the minimum is 15.
The SMN anticipates that there will be rains and storms during the morning and afternoon.
A maximum of 22 degrees and a minimum of 15 are expected for Monday, and rain during the afternoon.
Alert for the south of Córdoba
There is an alert from the SMN for strong storms with gusts that cover the south and center of Córdoba, north and center-east of Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos, northeast of La Pampa, San Luis, south and center of Santa Fe, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires and Río de La Plata.
“The coverage area will be affected today by storms, some locally strong, which can cause localized gusts, strong electrical activity, abundant water fall in short periods and occasional hail fall,” they said on Saturday at 10.
