Call for solidarity in Laviana. The blood donation bus will be next week in La Pola. Under the motto “Let it not be said that we lack blood”, it will seek new donors and also donations from those who are already volunteers. It will be located in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, from Tuesday to Thursday (both inclusive).
The requirements to donate blood are few. Specifically, weighing more than 50 kilograms, being over eighteen years of age and carrying an ID or driver’s license. There will be two different schedules in this campaign. Specifically, on Tuesday and Wednesday it will be from 9:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. On Thursday, only in the afternoon.
Blood donation campaigns are promoted by the Asturias Community Blood and Tissue Center. The entity is based in the old Central Hospital of Asturias (HUCA).
