CDI to be filled from April 2023 in Paris 18th
The company:
The Blue Yellow Company is a Parisian travel agency founded more than 30 years ago, today a subsidiary of the S’cape Group.
Missions :
• Manage group and individual broadcasts.
• Track ticket changes, cancellations and refunds.
• Assist and advise project managers.
The desired profile:
• Perfect mastery of Amadeus and manual airline and SNCF pricing.
• Knowledge of setting up operations for group travel.
• Knowledge of Filemaker is a plus.
The qualities required:
Be autonomous and have a strong taste for working within a multidisciplinary team.
Good customer contact and sense of service.
The team:
You will work with the project managers, under the supervision and with the help of the Ticketing Manager.
The contract :
• Full-time permanent contract.
• Remuneration according to experience and profile.
• 2 days of telework from 6 months of seniority.
• Restaurant vouchers €8 (50% employer coverage).
• Coverage of 50% of the public transport ticket.
• Company mutual.
