The Celtics beat the Pacers in overtime in the return of activity in the NBA

Boston Celtics, leader of the Eastern Conference and team with the best record in the NBA with 43 wins and 17 losses, beat the Indiana Pacers 142-138 in overtime (they had tied at 125 in regular time) in the outgoing game proposed by the return to activity after a break for the All-Star Game.

The match was played at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse stadium, in the city of Indianapolis, and the Celtics figures were forward Jayson Tatum with 31 points, 12 rebounds and 7 assists, and point guard Jaylen Brown with 30 baskets, 11 rebounds and 3 assists.

In Indiana, with a record of 26 wins and 35 losses, pivot Myles Turner stood out with 40 points to be the game’s top scorer, and also grabbed 10 rebounds.
