This Thursday, October 13, the Ceuta university campus hosts the opening ceremony of the Master’s Degree in Market Research and Marketing, which is financed by the Autonomous City of Ceuta. It will be at 5:00 p.m. in the at 5:00 p.m., in the Assembly Hall of the Faculty of Education, Economy and Technology of Ceuta.
The event will feature a presentation entitled ‘Importance of data in consumer analysis and marketing’, given by Virginia Relea García, Director of Customer Service at Merkle Spain. In addition to the usual welcome to the opening ceremony, by the Vice-rector for Institutional Policy and Planning, the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Economics and Technology, the Coordinator and the Academic Secretary of the master’s degree, the presentation of the master’s degree by the Coordinator and the Academic Secretary and the contribution of the experience of the students graduating from the master’s degree, by Shakira Abarkane Abdel Lah.
The Master in Technologies for Market Research and Marketing has a double modality. 30 places are offered, 15 are face-to-face and 15 are in non-face-to-face (virtual) synchronous mode. In other words, virtual students attend classes by video-conference at the same time as face-to-face students.
The main objective of the Master, as indicated by the University, is to offer training to researchers and professionals in the field of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) applications in market and marketing research. It is an official university Master’s degree of an academic nature, where training is combined both for research and for its application to the professional environment. With this postgraduate degree, the aim is to: “Develop skills and knowledge on issues related to ICTs and their applications to market and marketing research. Train professionals for the areas of direction, management and research in the field of the use of ICTs in market research and marketing. Advanced training with a multidisciplinary approach that gives added value, gathering two perspectives. The main one is from the field of marketing and the other from the area of knowledge of computer engineering”.
This master’s degree is financed by the Autonomous City of Ceuta for the development of different university actions, signed through different annual agreements.
