The comedian Mohamed Djedid, known as El Houari, has died

The comedian Mohamed Djedid, better known under the name of Houari or Boudaw died Sunday, April 15, 2018 in Oran at the age of 55 years following a long illness.

Mohamed Djedid was particularly famous for having participated in the comedy series “Thoulathi Al Amjad, Bila Houdoud”, where he played the role of “Houari”.

He later played in several other television series, where he played the leading roles. The latest was “Boudaw”, broadcast during the holy month of Ramadan.

Mohamed Djedid, who was in France last month to cure his illness, died this morning at the University hospital of the wilaya of Oran.
