In the Donetsk region, the prosecutor’s office accuses the deputy of the Liman City Council of participating in the so-called “DPR” referendum in 2014. She worked in election commissions.
The prosecutor’s office of the Donetsk region reports.
It was established that a 49-year-old resident of Liman was a member of the territorial and head of precinct election commissions during the “referendum” on the recognition of the independence of the “Donetsk people’s republic” on May 11, 2014.
Upon completion of the illegal voting, protocols and other documents confirming its holding were transferred to the occupation administration of Russia in the Donetsk region.
The prosecutor’s office accuses the woman under Part 2 of Article 110 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine). The indictment has been sent to court. The deputy faces a prison term of five to 10 years with or without confiscation of property.
Earlier today it was reported that a militant who in 2014 participated in the so-called “protection of public order” in Severodonetsk was convicted in the Luhansk region. He was part of the “Ghost” unit.
Let us remind you that yesterday the Security Service of Ukraine detained a member of the Bergman sabotage group from the ORLO militants. He was involved in blowing up a number of infrastructure facilities in the Donbass.
Also on October 29, the SBU exposed a member of the “LPR” terrorist group in Kiev. He was the deputy commander of one of the militant units.
