This dramatic video recorded by a body camera shows how Rex Evans, Chief of Police in the city of Splendora, Texas, saves the life of a baby. The policeman was on routine patrol on November 2, when, suddenly, while waiting at the traffic lights, a mother ran to him asking for help: "My baby does not breathe!". He called the ambulance, practiced cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the little one, and just as the doctors arrived, the little baby began to breathe.
