The Football Federation responds to its Tunisian counterpart on criticism of the Suez Stadium

Ahmed Mujahid, member of the Egyptian Football Federation and coordinator of the Organizing Committee of the African Nations Cup, commented on the statement issued by the Tunisian Football Federation on the Suez Stadium.

The Tunisian Football Federation has published a statement criticizing the Suez Stadium, which will host the matches in the 2019 African Nations Cup, while not yet completed development.

"All the stadiums of the nations of Africa will be completed before the start of the tournament, except for the air defense field," Mujahid said in televised statements via the Echo Al Balad channel.

He added that work is continuing in the stadiums that are under maintenance, noting that there are playgrounds are changing all the seats, as well as dressing rooms are finished in the current period.

He explained that the Suez Stadium will be one of the finest stadiums, and not only will all stadiums be at the highest level before the start of the competition.
