Gridhot.ID – The US military activities seem to never stop being reported in the media.

Recognized officially as “The Report on the Legal and Policy Framework Guiding the United States Armed Forces and Related National Security Operations,” the unclassified section marks Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, and Niger.

All of these countries are under the banner of the same war authority granted in the 2002 Authorization for the Use of Military Power to combat militants associated with Al-Qaeda.

Groups fought by the US military: AQ, ISIS, Houthis in Yemen, the Taliban, the Haqqani network, the Assad regime (with an April 2017 cruise missile attack), al-Shabab, and “elements (in Niger) are valued as part of ISIS.”
