Some changes

1. Pitch Clock: This is a new system being implemented. The pitcher will have a maximum of 15 seconds to throw to home plate without men on base and 20 seconds when there are men on the pads.

2. Limit on special formations: With this the defensive formation ends, since each team must have a minimum of four players inside the box, two on the right and two on the left. The times of the four outfielders in some plays have already passed.

3. Change of size of bases: The pads will be 18 inches and not 15 as before. With this, the aim is to avoid clashes between the players, in addition to encouraging the stealing of bases, which helps in the emotions of this spectacle.
