The Malvern Collegiate Trio performs for visitors at the Open House hosted by Beach Realtor – Beach Metro Community News

Local broker Shea Warrington recently took a unique approach to hosting an open house.

She hired singers from Malvern Collegiate to entertain those looking through the nostalgic beach house on Pine Avenue, built in the early 1920s.

Warrington, also a Malvern graduate, recently saw Maggie Casey, Maddie Stewart and Mya Stifani in her group Mcubed, saying she was blown away by her talent.

Mcubed also recently won the Malvern Collegiate M Factor Singing and Band Music Competition.

"I have had live music in my open houses a few times and think that this is a great way to showcase the ambience of a home," Warrington told Beach Metro News.

"It also relaxes buyers and gives them the opportunity to appreciate a different environment in a home. I wondered what better way to engage these 10th grade ladies for my evening open house at 38 Pine, especially when it comes to this amazingly nostalgic beach house on the red brick road – Pine Crescent , "

A big supporter of local talent, Warrington also called Alisa Arbuckle or Ali-oop Photography, a friend of hers and an amazing local photographer to take pictures of the girls.

She was so nice to share the photos with Beach Metro News.

"I had the privilege of growing up here and going to school in Malvern, and two of my girls will visit Malvern next year," said Warrington.

Everyone who attended the open day was thrilled with the performance of the girls, she said.

"Her talent is really breathtaking," Warrington told the girls.
