On bicycle Mondays in Oviedo they are counting on exceptional professionals as stage managers. If the Olympic champion Samuel Sánchez led a training session a couple of weeks ago and the cyclist and youtuber Ibon Zugasti did it later, yesterday it was the turn of the Olympic triathlete Fernando Alarza, Olympian in his discipline and European runner-up (2018). The athlete conducted a virtual session for an hour, with the bicycle as a basic element, in an interval training that has squeezed each soccer player in another form of exercise different from the usual one in the day-to-day life of a club.
