The Pegasus Dream Tour: Hajime Tabata (Final Fantasy XV) Produces RPG on Paralympic Games – News

After leaving Square Enix, director Hajime Tabata (Final Fantasy XV) announced last December the formation of his own studio, JP Games. He will not be long in communicating his first project, to say the least: The Pegasus Dream Tour, the first official video game of the International Paralympic Committee.

Planned for 2020 around the world on "various platforms", including smartphones, The Pegasus Dream Tour is presented as a project to boost the popularity of Paralympic sports, especially among young people. The game is presented as a sports RPG featuring a whimsical vision of the Paralympic Games. Players will be able to use special abilities called "Xtra Power" to compete in various disciplines within the metropolis Pegasus City.

It's not a simple video game about the sport. JP Games will fully represent the wonders of Paralympic sports in this new role-playing game, a genre in which we excel. With this game, we want to contribute to the future development of the Paralympic Games. Hajime Tabata, founder of the young studio JP Games.

Remember that the 2020 Paralympic Summer Games will be held in Tokyo, Japan from August 25 to September 6.
