The PEP 28 organize their 3rd family march, this Sunday, in Chartres, to finance scholarships for young people

The last two years, the start of this march of solidarity families had been given to Luisant. This Sunday, May 15, it is from rue Jean-Monnet, in Chartres, that the Pupilles of public education in Eure-et-Loir (PEP 28) will launch the third edition of their march of united families.

“The profits made thanks to this march will be used to finance scholarships, so that children from Eure-et-Loir from modest families can go on vacation”, summarizes Ludovic Paul-Loubière, communication officer for PEP 28.

Two circuits of 5 or 10 km

As in previous years, the hiking section of the Sports Association of Sours was responsible for marking out two circuits: the first of around 5 km, the second of around 10 km. Circuits – it is unusual enough to be reported -, accessible to wheelchairs and strollers.

For the moment, about fifty participants are already registered. “For organizational reasons, it is best to register in advance. But the payment is made on the spot”, specifies Ludovic Paul-Loubière.
