The working session was attended by representatives of the office of the Economic Commission, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Central Committee of the Fatherland Front of Vietnam. National Assembly Vice Speakers Nguyen Duc Hai and Nguyen Khac Dinh, as well as Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha, also attended.
According to a report presented during the working session, all 63 provinces and major cities nationwide have implemented the collection of people’s views on the Land Bill (Amended).
At the working session, National Assembly Speaker Vuong Dinh Hue affirmed that the collection of people’s opinions on the (amended) land bill currently receives broad support. The preliminary summary of opinions shows great appreciation of the efforts of the bodies concerned. The collection of people’s views on the Land (Amendment) Bill will end on March 15, 2023. On March 25, the bodies must finalize their reports and send them to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly.-VNA
