Some of the comments from Internet users were immediate, such is the case of Nicolás Romero Noticias, who wrote on his Facebook page: “A building in the Doctores neighborhood, located in the Cuauhtémoc mayor’s office, moved in a shocking way during the #earthquake this morning. A recording shared on social networks shows how the residents of the area begin to run to get away from the property. It happened in the early hours of this September 22.
