Moeldoko’s camp sues Minister Yasonna, Democratic Party: There is turmoil in Jokowi’s Cabinet
FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – Democratic Party politician, Syahrial Nasution responded to the lawsuit from the Deli Serdang extraordinary congress (KLB) group which sued the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna Laoly in the state administrative court or PTUN. Syahrial considered the move to be political.
“KSP Moeldoko, who still claims to be the chairman of the Democratic Party as a result of the false KLB, is suing Menkumham Yasonna Laoly. Very political,” wrote Syahrial on his Twitter, Saturday (26/6).
Whereas Moeldoko, who is part of the Jokowi government, even sued Jokowi’s Cabinet Minister. Syahrial suspects that there is turmoil in Jokowi’s Cabinet regarding the issue of a 3-term term of office.
“People in power are against the government’s decisions. There is a rumor about the presidential term of office for 3 terms. There is an upheaval in the cabinet,” he said.
It is known that after the ratification of the Deli Serdang KLB results was rejected by the Minister of Law and Human Rights, there has never been any legal action taken by the Democrats of the Moeldoko camp to go to court.
Therefore, this lawsuit is the first legal effort taken so that the management of the KLB results is recognized by the state through a state administrative lawsuit to the Jakarta Administrative Court. The defendant is the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia as an official or state administrative body.
In the material of the lawsuit, several legal reasons why the Deli Serdang Democrat KLB must be legalized. First, the KLB is constitutional because it is followed by legitimate vote holders, namely the district/city and provincial Democratic administrators.
