Step- A man was caught using stolen credit cards inside a vehicle on the east side of El Paso. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department are asking for your help in identifying the man using these stolen cards through the Crime of the Week program.
In the early morning of Monday, October 25, at approximately 3:30 a.m., a man paid credit cards at the Circle K store located at 1250 Airway. The suspect used two different credit cards to make various transactions.
The cards had been stolen from a pickup truck in the 1400 block of Idlewilde hours earlier.
Security cameras at the store recorded the suspect and investigators believe someone knows his identity.
It is believed that in this particular case the vehicle was stolen because the interior had not been locked. Crime Stoppers of El Paso and the El Paso Police Department would like to remind the community of the importance of locking your vehicle and not leaving valuables.
