El Paso.- The Working Group for Extreme Weather announced that it started with its campaign to give away blankets to people in a vulnerable condition due to the low temperatures that occur in the neighboring city.
The organization provides blankets and other assistance to qualifying community members.
It was reported that they currently have around 300 blankets stored, but they are calling on the community to help with the donation.
Blankets can be donated at any El Paso Fire Station.
