They seek twinning between the cities of Sinaloa, Durango, Texas and Chihuahua

As part of the Chihuahua Logistics Corridor project, it seeks to sign an agreement for the twinning of the cities of Durango, Ahome, Mazatlán, Presidio, San Angelo and Chihuahua, which allows working on collaborative actions that have economic development issues as a starting point and competitiveness.

It is, explained Jorge Cruz, president of the Chihuahua Centro Regional Economic Development Council (Coder), an initiative that is developed independently but is part of the Chihuahua Logistics Corridor project, promoted by the Council.

Chihuahua will formulate the proposed agreement to the participating cities, with the collaboration of representatives of each of these and will work in the short term on the integration of the framework agreement and in turn will also explore other issues that link positive actions between the different cities .

The need to formulate the agreement in a binational way attends to future actions that must be integrated in Mexico and the US, this is addressed by Coer in the Logistics Alliance initiative, which is strengthened with the actions that are developed in terms of the establishment of the Chihuahua Logistics Corridor and that the opportunity for the capital to become a dry port to carry out logistics maneuvers.
