Journalist Mahmoud Ragheb was the victim of a remarkable theft on Tuesday. The man was reporting after an earthquake in the streets of Cairo, until a man suddenly grabbed his phone from a motorcycle. A lucky break: Ragheb was broadcasting a live stream on Facebook at the time, so that the theft was followed by thousands of viewers.
The perpetrator himself had no idea that he was in full view. It was therefore a breeze for the local police to identify the man. The thief was arrested a few hours later.
