Three female students respond to the stern youth study

The cover story for stern-Youth study has inspired – and challenged – three female students. In their essays, Fenja Basen, Lena Kruse and Fiona Lechner react to the results from their point of view and from the point of view of Generation Z. With “holy wrath”.

A “holy anger” gripped them when they started on the stern-to answer cover story, they say. The students advocate listening more closely to Gen-Z. As different as the young women are – so different they wrote. About herself, her generation, her anger and also her envy of the elderly.

They are three young women studying journalism and communication at the Fachhochschule des Mittelstands in Hanover (FHM):

Fenya bases comes, as she says herself, from the province of Lower Saxony, from the spa town of Bad Pyrmont. Here, the 22-year-old lowers the average age considerably. Basen is a radio presenter and writes for various print media.
