Three PDVSA drivers were arrested for smuggling gasoline

Three PDVSA drivers were arrested and placed at the order of the Public Ministry to be charged for transporting 500 liters of diesel from the tanks of the cistern assigned to drums, in the Machiques municipality in Zulia.

The information was released by the Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, through his Twitter account, @TarekWiliamSaab, where he mentioned that the action was carried out in order to market irregularly.

For the crime, the 16th and 26th Prosecutor’s Offices of Zulia charged Javier Velazco, Horacio Velazco and Acensio Velazco, for the crimes of Fraudulent Embezzlement, Aggravated Contraband and Conspiracy, being ordered the custodial measure.
