Thun now six loss points behind GC

(sda) In order to keep the difference of six points after the round, GC has to win at home against Wil on Saturday.

The equally ambitious Stade Lausanne-Ouchy also suffered a setback. The Vaudois drew in Wil at the tied back FC Winterthur after an early lead 1: 1.

Aarau, on the other hand, won the third win in a row and the fourth in the last five games of the Challenge League with a 3-1 at home against bottom light Chiasso. The Kosovar Donat Rrudhani excelled in this match with three post and crossbar shots as a double goal scorer. Participation in the barrage is within reach for the Aarauer, but for direct promotion they should hardly be considered. After all, the gap to Thun is only three points.
