Nurse is tied and tormented by colleagues on the operating table for 15 minutes

“The behavior of the men is out of the question,” says nursing director of the Tyrolean hospital Stephan Palaver. The nurse concerned has filed a criminal complaint against the men.

Tied to the operating table, tortured for 15 minutes and the perpetrators called it a “joke”. These unbelievable scenes happened in a Tyrolean hospital at the end of February. Under the pretext of wanting to practice positioning patients, four operating room nurses lured a long-time colleague into the operating room.
There, the four men between the ages of 20 and 50 attacked their colleague, fixed her on the operating table, held her for minutes and tormented her. According to ORF, the four nurses wanted to make a “joke” on their colleague.
Perpetrators lost their jobs immediately
Two days after the crime, the management of the hospital was informed about the incident. Just a few hours later, the alleged perpetrators were out of work. A small consolation for the employee, because she is still unable to work and is receiving medical treatment.
The nursing director of the Tyrolean hospital Stephan Palaver is more than shocked by the incident and speaks of massive misconduct: “In the nursing sector, more than 80 percent are women and therefore we have to ensure safe and undisturbed work. The behavior of the men is unacceptable.” The nurse concerned has filed a criminal complaint against the men. The police have already started the investigation. The men are presumed innocent until they are convicted.
