Airbus Commercial Aircraft looking for a Tooling business manager (m/f) to join our department Manufacturing Engineering based at Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team in charge of innovation, development and industrialization of all programs in the Airbus range.
The state-of-the-art A321 Final Assembly Line (FAL), based at the Jean-Luc Lagardère site comes to life. This new production line will modernize the entire Monocouloir de Toulouse production system.
Our magnificent FAL A321 is launching and we are recruiting an experienced technician to fill the position of tooling manager, in order to support the development of our new industrial systems of tomorrow, but also to ensure the introduction of the new AIRBUS A321 -XLR.

Vos challenges:
Acquisition and commissioning of industrial resources allowing aircraft assembly:
- Analyze and estimate the needs expressed by the various professions of the FAL (Preparation / Production Office).
- Write the Tooling Specifications required for consultation with different suppliers.
- During the consultation phase, in conjunction with the Purchasing departments, draw up the technical choice report, evaluate and participate in the final supplier choice report.
- Ensure the management of the tooling supplier in all phases of
- development of this means: Study, production, manufacture, validation.
- Carry out the follow-up at the supplier then the commissioning at Airbus on the production stations.
- Carry out all project / business conduct and management actions and ensure the planning and achievement of milestones.
Your boarding pass:
- Holder of a diploma of higher technician, level bac+2 /+3, you ideally have an experience of 3 to 5 years in the aeronautical field in the industrial environment and more particularly in the trades of production or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Experience in the management of projects / construction sites
- Experience in writing technical specifications
- Significant experience in the field of mechanical systems engineering
- Basic notions in mechanical dimensioning (RDM)
- Basic notions in hydraulics / pneumatics
- Master the analysis of mechanical plans (2D and DMU CATIA V5)
- Enjoy working in a team
- Have an innovative / creative spirit (technology watch)
- English: intermediate level.
