Toronto already feels champion of the Champions League

TORONTO – A few hours after the final of the Concacaf Champions League against Chivas and Toronto FC already has assigned the site where he will place the champion trophy. There is a lot of security in the members of the Canadian team to prevail over another Mexican team, but now in the most important series of the regional tournament. In the semifinals, Greg Vanney’s stewards eliminated Tigres by two visitor goals he made at the Estadio Universitario. In the first leg, the victory went to Toronto 2-1 and in the return they lost 3-2, but when they drew in the aggregate score (4-4), the felines were out of the final. Although Chivas could not qualify for the 2019 Clausura, he is about to play the seventh final with Argentine Matias Almeyda as his coach. The most recent title of Concacaf that Chivas got was in 1962, after beating Comunicaciones de Guatemala 6-0. It’s been 56 years without giving the Olympic round in this tournament and the rojiblanca family does not want to miss this opportunity. He @torontofc is so focused and safe prior to the Final of Concachampions, that they already have the showcase for the trophy in their facilities. Tomorrow they receive Chivas in the first game. @ESPNmx pic.twitter.com/Jh3j4RAJ3M – Ernaldo Moritz (@ Ernaldo58) April 16, 2018
