It is a new sign that is making a place at number 25 of the pleasant rue du Taur in the city center of Toulouse.

Gyou by Wabi Sabi opened mid-June. At the origin of this project, two brothers, Vincent and Jérémy Muller.

Two brothers who revisit pastries, salads and sandwiches. Vincent, the pastry chef, offers a millefeuille like you’ve never seen before. A millefeuille that does not crumble… Practical.

It is also possible to taste lemon or strawberry tarts and sandwiches very elaborate for the savory department.

The two brothers cook live, filmed by a camera. The images are broadcast live to customers.

The place is open six days a week, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday.
