game of Thrones gave us a first glimpse of perhaps the biggest fight of the show, the Battle of Winterfell, in an episode 3 trailer.
The clip shows pretty much all the big players in Westeros preparing for the upcoming battle, from Gray Worm, who sets up his helmet as one of the armies facing the White Walkers, to Sansa and Arya Stark, from Winterfell from watching.
"The most heroic thing we can do is face the truth," says Sansa at the beginning of the trailer.
There's also a quick look at Arya walking down the hall. Samwell watches the passing army, Jon Snow draws his sword, dragons, flaming arrows and of course warnings.
"The Night King is coming," Jon says, before Daenerys answers, "The dead are already here."
Of course we know that this will be one of the biggest episodes of the season – and possibly the whole series – and Night King actor Vladimír Furdík made it a "historic moment" last year.
"In the third episode of the last season, there's a fight that the creators wanted to make for a historic moment on TV," he explained.
"The whole episode is about the battle, it takes about an hour."

The shoot took about 55 nights, and no doubt it becomes a pretty emotional affair as we imagine we will say goodbye to some familiar faces.
