Game developer TeamKill is working on Quantum Error, a horror shooter for PlayStation 4 and 5. The game is made with the Unreal Engine. The American developer shows a first teaser trailer; details such as the publication date are not yet known.
The creators present Quantum Error as a ‘cosmic horror shooter’ and the game is set in 2109, the trailer shows. The video was made with a game engine, but the images are not representative of the final game or the gameplay, the studio says.
Quantum Error is one of the first confirmed PlayStation 5 games after Gearbox’s Godfall. The game is made by TeamKill, a relatively young American studio that recently released its first game. That was Kings of Lorn: The Fall of Ebris, a horror RPG released on Steam and for the PlayStation 4. That game will also come to Xbox One later; whether this also applies to Quantum Error is not known.
