Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) – After several serious sexual assaults on women in the Main-Taunus district, the Frankfurt Regional Court sentenced the man to two years and four months in prison. The judges assumed three acts on Wednesday in which the victims were first persecuted in the past year and then immorally touched from behind. Since then, one of the women has barely dared to leave the house and is in therapy. The 31-year-old perpetrator had tried to pull her into a bush.
The accused, who had been in custody since his arrest, made an extensive confession in court. The court nevertheless denied him the suspended sentence requested by the defense. The consequences of the attacks for the victims are simply too severe and the man’s future prognosis is too bad. The verdict is not yet legally binding.
