While Tropical Storm Florence continues to trudge through the Carolinas, some people have taken the time to loot several businesses in Wilmington – to be exact.

On Saturday afternoon, dozens of people went to the Family Dollar on Greenfield Street and picked it up cleanly.

The Wilmington police were dropped, but told to leave the store manager.

At 6:40 pm, the police were dispatched in response to another raid on the Dollar General on Dawson Street.

Officials say five individuals have been charged with this robbery.

As for the looting of the family dollar on Greenfield Street, Wilmington police said they would still look for those who would rob the shop and blame them "to the full extent of the law," despite the manager's wishes.
