The last chance for Adnan Januzaj. The transfer market in Spain is nearing its end and Sevilla FC, despite multiple attempts, continues without finding a destination for the former Real Sociedad, who would have the only loophole in Turkey to play between now and the end of the season. Negotiations, according to various sources, are already open.
With hardly any minutes with Julen Lopetegui, his situation with Jorge Sampaoli did not improve much. The Belgian has never found his place at Sevilla and it was the Argentine coach who clarified, in one of his last press conferences, that they had “distances” and that his departure seemed that he was “very close”.
In this situation, and without options -it seems- in Spain, France, England, Italy or the Netherlands, where his agent has ruled out his signing for PSV, the Turkish market has become the only silver lining for hope.
During the afternoon of Tuesday, an alleged interest from Başakşehir for his signing appeared, an operation that, if it is closed before this Tuesday at 11:59 p.m., would allow Sevilla to try one last operation (although it seems complicated), but that could also be signed beyond on Wednesday.

This same source assured shortly after that Seville and Başakşehir would already have an agreement in principle, a situation that has gained weight after the latest information from the prestigious Italian journalist DiMarziowhich advances “open” talks between the player and the Ottoman club.

Such is the security of the aforementioned Turkish journalist that he assures that the player will travel to that country this Wednesday to pass a medical examination and sign his new contract.
It should be remembered that the Turkish market will close on February 8so the footballer would have until that date to find himself in a league that still has a high competitive level.
