The police stopped a very drunk driver in downtown Ulm on Friday. At around 2 a.m., a patrol saw a car driving in the bus lane on Neue Strasse. The police wanted to point out the driver’s wrongdoing. So they stopped the car immediately.
The Ulm police ended the dangerous journey on Neue Strasse
The police immediately noticed that the driver was drunk. This was confirmed by an alcohol test: It showed a value of around three per thousand. That was the end of the car journey for the 36-year-old. He had to hand in a blood sample and his driver’s license. Now the man is awaiting a criminal complaint. (THE)
