UPDATE July 19: New Case of Covid-19 Spread in 29 Provinces, Highest DKI Page all

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – The government conveyed that Covid-19’s positive confirmation in Indonesia has increased again due to the corona virus transmission in the community.

This information was conveyed by Government Spokesperson for Handling Covid-19 Achmad Yurianto in a press conference from Graha BNPB on Sunday (7/19/2020) afternoon.

Based on government data until Sunday (7/19/2020), at 12.00 West Indonesian Time, 1,639 positive cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in the last 24 hours.

The addition caused a total of 86,521 people to be confirmed positive for Covid-19, as of the first patient registration on March 2, 2020.

“Positive confirmations that we found were 1,639, bringing the total to 86,521 specimens,” Yurianto said.

The 1,639 new cases of Covid-19 are spread across 29 provinces.

DKI Jakarta recorded 313 cases or the highest, followed by Central Java with 300 cases, then East Java with 275 cases, and South Sulawesi with 158 cases.
