WWE announced Vader’s induction into the Hall of Fame.
Vader will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame posthumously.
WWE announced on Monday the entry of the former WCW, AJPW and Pro Wrestling NOAH wrestler in the 2000s into its Hall of Fame. Vader died in June 2018 from pneumonia and serious heart problems.
Vader was a three-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion and a three-time IGPW Heavyweight Champion. He would also spend two years with WWE in the late 90s before returning to Japan.

Vader is the second name announced for the Hall of Fame’s Class of 2022 after The Undertaker. The ceremony will take place on Friday, April 1.
