VIDEO. A first trailer of "Dora and the lost city", the explorer is no longer a child

Isabela Moner in "Dora and the Lost City" – PARAMOUNT PICTURES

The little explorer has grown well. A first trailer of Dora and the lost city live action (actual shooting, as opposed to animated film) was unveiled Saturday, during the Kids' Choice Awards ceremony, by Paramount Pictures.

Dora – as Isabela Moner (Transformers: The Last Knight) – is no longer a child. She has to leave the jungle where she grew up to go to high school, but when she learns that
his parents (Michael Peña,
Eva Longoria) are in danger, she goes to their rescue, accompanied by her friends.

Directed by James Bobin, the film is expected in theaters on August 14.
