I will give my best performance there,” Melinda told Fortune magazine. “We have worked with partners around the world who are struggling during the Covid-19 pandemic,” she said.
Bill Gates and Melinda broke up due to various reasons. Both have publicly cited an encounter with sex offender Jeffrey Epstein as one of the reasons. Gates said in an interview with CNN that he had several dinners with Epstein to raise money for charity.

After meeting at a work dinner, Melinda captured Bill Gates’ heart after sharing a mutual love of puzzles and beating him at a math game.
In 2020, Bill Gates resigned from the Microsoft board of directors. This was to focus more on voluntary work. He was the CEO of Microsoft until 2000 and gradually reduced his stake in the company. Bill Gates founded Microsoft in 1975 with Paul Allen. Bill Gates continued as the Chairman of the Board till 2014.
