In Italy, it is once again the French team TDS Racing x Vaillante who will start from pole position, for the second time this year after the 4 Hours of Le Castellet. As a reminder, the latter had not been authorized to take the start of the 24 Hours of Le Mans after an accident in practice and had been replaced at the last minute by Nyck de Vries.
