WDR throws out "Tatort" boss Gebhard Henke

More than ten women have accused Gebhard Henke of sexual harassment. Now the Westdeutscher Rundfunk has pulled its consequences and terminated the television film director without notice.

In May, the first six women in the “Spiegel” accused Gebhard Henke of harassing her – among other things Charlotte Roche and Nina Petri. Of the ” crime scene “Coordinator is said to have pressed, groped and fingered her and offered to help them, but he had expected physical attention.

The WDR film director had denied all allegations that lasted from 1990 to 2015. As a result, the station had announced an extensive investigation and was trying to bring the truth to light. Meanwhile, according to the WDR more than ten women Gebhard Henke have accused sexual harassment.

The harassment allegations are “serious” and “credible,” said the transmitter. From the point of view of Westdeutscher Rundfunk there is no longer a relationship of trust. Now the station has decided to separate from Gebhard Henke with immediate effect.
