“We are not in favor of clubs going to court, but we can understand KV Mechelen very well”

We are not in favor of clubs seeking justice outside the legal bodies of the football association at the BAS or civil courts. But we do have understanding for KV Mechelen, which, following the example of the federal public prosecutor’s office, goes to the BAS in the Charleroi case. The Discipline Council for Professional Football (DRP) has made a mess of it and therefore the outcome of the competition is now in danger.
