Mainz (dpa / lrs) – The people in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland have to be prepared for changeable weather at the beginning of the week. On Monday morning, the sky is mostly overcast, in some cases a little drizzle is possible, as the German Weather Service (DWD) announced. From lunchtime it will be increasingly bright and dry. The maxima are between 11 and 15 degrees. According to the DWD, it cools down to 6 to 1 degrees on Tuesday night. Ground frost is also possible locally.
According to meteorologists, it will be up to 17 degrees warm on Tuesday. In the northwest the sky remains overcast, there is also some rain possible. During the night and on Wednesday mornings, it remains overcast and rainy. It only loosens up on Wednesday afternoon. Then it stays dry at 15 to 19 degrees.
